Notification of Bid Clarification Responses

It is to be remembered that
Ethio telecom has launched International Competitive Bid (ICB) with RFQ NO.
4279220-2
for the procurement of 600AH Solid-State Battery with cabinet and
accessories, and installation service. Accordingly, the bid has
floated starting from March 18, 2026, to April 20, 2026, with subsequent extension to
April 27, 2026. In connection to this,
some of the bidders have requested us clarification both on the technical and
commercial issues. Following this, bidders’ clarification requests were
thoroughly reviewed, and appropriate clarification responses have been given as
per the attached summary of responses.
Hence, this is kindly to notify you that 6-pages
of clarification responses are attached with this cover letter for your
consideration and help you prepare responsive bid offer.
N.B:
Finally, all bid
participants are advised that the bid submission deadline is April 27, 2026, on
or before 5:30 PM. These clarification responses form an integral part of the
bidding documents issued under RFQ No. 4279220-2 and shall be deemed
binding.
