It is to be remembered that, Ethio telecom has issued National
Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Workshop Maintenance Materials with RFQ No. 4282830 with a floating period from March 24, 2026, and will be closed on April 15, 2026.
In connection with this,
some of the bidders have requested us clarification on the technical issues. In addition, since bid close date is
very close to this clarification response (April 15, 2026). Following this, bidders’ clarification
requests were thoroughly reviewed and appropriate clarification responses and Bid extension have been given since bid close date is very
close to this clarification response (April 15, 2026) as per the attached
summary of responses.
Hence, this is kindly to notify you that 16-images
of clarification responses are attached with this cover letter for your
consideration and to help you prepare a responsive bid offer. In addition, Ethio telecom has officially
decided to extend the bid closing and opening dates by three (3)-days’ work
days to give sufficient time to prepare competitive offer and complete related
processes as shown in the table below:

mind that these clarification responses are part of the bidding document issued
with RFQ No. 4281317 and are
binding.
ü The bid bond validity period has to be also
issued as per the new bid closing date.
