Ethio Telecom (CWR-Ambo) invites all interested eligible Bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for this to request you to publicize the enclosed invitation to national competitive bid for the procurement of Dire hinchini Building renovation, fence & gourd house work

 with (RFQ NO  4282865)

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethio telecom website and inspect the bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 birr (Two hundred birr only) in person from Ambo CWR Regional Office, 3^rd floor, room No. 306 during Office hours (Monday to Friday).

Sealed bids marked as: “of Dire hinchini Building renovation, fence & gourd house work, with (RFQ NO  4282865) and be addressed to:  Ethio Telecom CWR Regional Office, Ambo Sourcing and Supply Section 3^rd floor Room No.306.                                               

  Bid proposal will be closed on April 1, 2026,11:00PM (11:00 local time),

 Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.  Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on April 2, 2026,10:00 AM (4:00 local time) at Ambo, CWR Regional Office 4^th floor room number 405.

Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject any time all or parts of this bid.

1.Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.

2.Partial bid is   allowed among the projects.

3.Types of the work: building Maintenance/ renovation

 Eligibility requirements

  1, Interested all local bidders are expected to fulfill the Eligibility Requirements stated here below

A.  Bid security as required (50,000ETB)

B.   Bidders should have/present a valid and renewed trade license for the year

C.   Bidders should produce  tax clearance certificate;

D.  VAT registration  Certificate

E.  Presentation of Commercial offers original& copy and also technical   original & copy separately by the lots.

F.  Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers

     G.  Anti-bribery pledge form

    H.   Grade 7 and Above

2:  All bids must be accompanied by a bid security which stated in the bidder’s guide/bidding document

2.1 The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms only: -

CPO Amount: 50,000 ETB

a.       CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or

b.     Unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by reputable   domestic bank      

2.2  The Bank that issues the bond as per 2.1 (b) here above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The Purchaser’s written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.

2.3  The bond-issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the content stated under Clause 2.2 here above on the issued bond.
