1.Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Open tender for the procurement of Cleaning Service; for CNR (Debre Berhan) and its branch Service centers with RFQ No. 4279620 to sign a Master Frame Agreement for one year with possible extension up to three years with the finally awarded bidder(s). The Tender remains floating from January 4, 2026 to January 14,2026 Until 5:00 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom Central North Region Main Office Debre Birhan, St. Selassie building Room No. 307 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Bir 100.00 (Birr One hundred only) or you can also find bid documents from web sites www.afrotender com, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only) by using tele birr payment platform.

2.1. Sealed bids marked as: "Open tender for the procurement of Cleaning Service for CNR (Debre Berhan) and its branch Service centers" with RFQ No. 4279620 respectively and be addressed to:

2.2. Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom Central North Region, Debre Berhan St. Selassie building which is near to the church, 3rd floor room No. 307, Before or on January 14, 2026 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.

3. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on January 15, 2026 at 10:00 A.M, at St. Selassie building 3rd Floor, Room No 307.

4. Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.

5.Partial bid is Notallowed
