invites all interested and Eligible bidders for the Procurement of
construction of new cafeteria and water reservoirs in shire shop (Lot 01),
construction of Toilet shower septic tank and tanker stand in adigrat (Lot 02),
construction of Toilet shower septic tank and tanker stand in mekoni (Lot 03)
and Guard house G+1 in Enticho (Lot 4)
1. The complete set of bid documents can be obtained starting from Sep
15, 2017 E.C from online upon payment of a nonrefundable fee birr 100 via
tele birr.
2. All interested bidders shall fulfill the Eligibility as well as
technical requirements stated below
a) Valid and renewed
trade license for the year of 2016 E. C
b) Availability of Bid
security
c) VAT Registration
certificate
d)
TIN Certificate
e) Letter of
authorization to sign the bid offers
f) Signed Anti-bribery
pledge form
g) Availability of
signed compliance Statement
h) Renewed certificate
of competence with category of GC/BC grade 8 & above
3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2.5% from
Quoted price for each lot CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee only and valid
for 148 days.
4. Bidders shall submit their documents separately one envelop for
technical document original and copy as well as Financial offers original and
copy finally insert the whole document in large one envelop
5. Bidders should submit their bid until Oct 06, 2017 E.C , 8:00
local time and Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
legal representatives on Oct 06, 2017 E.C 8:15 local time
6. Partial bid is allowed per lot, Maximum of two lots.
7. Bidder who meets Eligibility criteria, Technical Evaluation
criteria as well as the least price bidders will be awarded
8. Ethio Telecom reserves the right to reject the bid partially or
